  • Changes to the booking may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your event, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total cost.

4. Liability

  • Anantara Events is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or vendor issues.
  • We are not liable for any damages or injuries occurring during the event.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All creative concepts and designs created by Anantara Events remain our intellectual property. They may not be reused or reproduced without written consent.
